U.S. teams in Iraq have uncovered some signs that a participant in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center may have received help from the government of Saddam Hussein after the bombing, Bush administration officials say.Oh, please. Come on. That means the war in Iraq was justified and waged 10 years too late. We cannot have that, you know. ;-)

It does not take a genius to figure out that Saddam is a spiteful, vindictive person who would try to get even, ie. WTC 93, OKC 95, Bush Sr attempted assignation...

And of course, the USA has never given aid or shelter to terrorists, war criminals, etc.
Well, except for certain Nazis after WWII, various freedom fighters from around the world

Does the fact that some of what you post may be true indicate you approve of a country protecting someone who helped build the 1993 WTC bomb?

Well...I assert that his/her statement is entirely false...And of course, the USA has never given aid or shelter to terrorists, war criminals, etc. Well, except for certain Nazis after WWII, various freedom fighters from around the world
The "USA" didn't do any of that...now certain key persons in high ranking places of our government might have knowingly let someone STAY in the USA, but to generalize the entire country in the overly condescending "everybody does it" mentality is ridiculous...especially in such a highly generalistic sense.

Do ya think any reporters out there have the guts to ask her .. or have they all lost their spine?

Instead, some of the terrorists who carried out the bombing would later ally themselves with bin Laden's organization. Doesn't this prove Bush's assertion that Iraq is a breeding ground for terrorists ? It makes it sound like Iraq had nothing to do with bin Laden when in fact it planted the seeds.
