Thank you all for your continued prayers. I just spoke with my friend. Little baby Grace is still on a respirator with a very weak heartbeat; however, her brain activity level is "good". Four different specialists have been working with the little one for the last four hours, but that's about the extent of the info I have for now.

Your prayers are all truly appreciated!

This baby is loved by God & will be with him if she passes this life now.

This baby is loved by her family who will devastated if she dies.

I pray for God’s will & of course selfishly as a HUMAN for the child to live, be healthy & grow old with her loving parents.

Mom is ok, but is here in post-op from the C-section. She was not transported with the baby, so she's about 120 miles away from the child. My friend, the grandmom drove to NOLA when they life-flighted the baby and is there now.

Needless to say, it's an emotionally trying circumstance for all involved.

What a wonderful, perfect name .. Grace. May she be blessed with the grace of the Lord. Your report actually sounds rather positive, and I will continue to pray for her, her family and the medical team .. and for you .. this is so hard to be involved with, when it’s family and close friends.
