That seems completely realistic to me. A living angry bureaucrat can ruin the lives of everyone around him, and the angry spirit of a dead one would have to be even worse.

Not as much fun as the haunted book shop books.
Your husband is not in the system.
Well, he is but he doesn't have a VA doctor.
Ok, he has a VA doctor but not a card.
So, he has a card but not an appointment.
He has an appointment but this is not a SRI.
Maybe it is an SRI but we can't treat it without his getting this evaluation.
Ok, he got the evaluation but it from a civilian doctor not a VA doctor.
It might have been a VA doctor but it was not a VA facility.
And she managed to lose his records four times.
I think she just doesn't like us.

Yeah, i was there for close to 4 months and lived out in the ville...I dated one of the girls you
are referring to. She was wonderful and I was sorry I had to leave but I was rotating back to
the world. I've been back to Manila for work a couple of times and actually went back
to Subic to see what it looked like 20 years later...I didn't recognize it.
