The hospital is in a quandary. They have a sick kid "who needs to die" and they have parents who are not being quiet and have gained media attention. But of course they are still in killing mode with judges to back them up.
The doctor's have not diagnosed this little boy. They don't even know what is wrong with him.
I am also surprised that the evil doctors have not given Baby Alfie
a death injection.
Judges have now rejected separate appeals by Alfie’s parents.

Why aren’t there British citizens in the streets demonstrating in support of this child?

The Queen wouldn’t even lay down the law to her son, His Royal Chuckness, and tell him to give his mistress Camilla the boot and make his marriage to Diana work as best as he could. She supposedly hates confrontation, so she can never be counted on to step up and publically take on any issue unless it is in her personal interest (like survival of the monarchy) to do so.
I must admire your courage. When I first read of this earlier in the morning the terrible name “MENGELE” exploded in my mind. Twice I typed out a post, and sadly twice I changed my mind.
Frankly, as my finger hovered over “POST” I was leery of going too far. “The life not worth living” was the idea.

The United Kingdom Court of Appeal has just rejected today’s appeals from the parents. (This little boy must die at the Alder Hey hospital.)
AFAIK the only way I know that this could be overruled would be for another EU state (i.e. Italy) to challenge this judgement in the Court of Justice of the European Union (Britain has signed up to the Maastricht Treaty on European Union) on a point of EU law : such as Britain failing to uphold the treaty in the matter of free movement between member states.
Do Ann and the Brits have something in common? Both are persistently anti-semitic.
