Shoulda started doing this about 40 years ago - kudos to Bishop Paprocki, but it would’ve been better for the unborn and for the Church if a whole passel of these Catholics-in-name-only had been publicly disciplined early on.
This SHOULD negate the excuse they use that while they are "personally against abortion", they must govern in a way that does not inflict their personal morality upon others - a quite lame reason. Will it make a difference? Who knows, but it ought to be a message for those who claim to be Catholics in order to gain votes from that constituency while doing everything to disavow the way of life that cannot condone evil.
Good for this man. Every Christian regardless of denomination should be pulling for our Catholic brethren to regain control of their Church from the hands of people who clearly do not bear it Goodwill.

When are the rest of the bishops in this country going to get some intestinal fortitude and do the same thing? Andrew Cuomo should get the same treatment. So should Nancy Pelosi. And so should the other Senators who are Catholic and vote to preserve the killing of children. They are scum and they are phony! People who choose to kill young children for their convenience are just slobs. So are the politicians who back them.
