DJT was elected because opposing tyranny peacefully is much easier than opposing tyranny violently. As previously stated, history is replete with examples of Christians opposing tyrants, sometimes at the cost of their own lives and sometimes at the cost of the tyrants’ lives. We live in a Republic rooted in the forceful rejection of a tyrant king.

You are all over the place today - while I believe even the guilty deserve to have a defender, there’s something wrong with knowing your client actually committed a heinous crime and still defending him or her....of course, since you think priests should be able to do the same thing, without the legalese and 5th Amendment, of course you will refuse to see that as a legally necessary fault.....the laws of men and the laws of God are separate things and Jesus told us to also obey our mortal/governmental “leaders” because they were sanctioned by God.
