At this point, Catholicism has forfeited the right to call itself a church.

It's a religion of sorts because it's a belief system, but a *church* it's not.

Referring to God and Jesus is just window dressing at this point to try to add legitimacy to an organization that has abandoned the mission and Great Commission of Christ on the earth.

There was an Orthodox saint, whose name sadly escapes me, that used to walk through the streets each Sunday after the Divine Liturgy and give food to the poor. There were a small group that always waited on him at a certain street corner dressed in rags and they got a few loaves of bread each Sunday.
