You can’t get forgiveness from a priest, only from Christ! I was a lapsed Catholic. Tried to rejoin so I could get my son baptistized. Was going to cost me over $500 to get my former marrage annuled by the church and another $300 to get my non-denominational marrage accepted by the church. Told the priest to drop dead and left. Next door there was a Methodist church. The only things I was ask is if we loved Jesus with all our hearts and soul and if we would support the church. Me and my wife said yes, Methodism aint perfect, but compared to the Catholic church and seeing what the church has evolved to, and an Anti-Christ as a pope? SMH!
The religious leader of Judas was Jesus Christ who founded the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church.

Oh the Methodists have major problems.
A bit biased but having supported the American Family Assoc. for 20 years, with a Methodist pastor as it’s head, he brought out a lot of garbage going on with that denomination. As far as I could see they led most of the total corruption and sanctioning of sin and PCness in any American Church. Homos, women as pastors, Lilith Fair, Gaia, etc.
There are good catholics and bad catholics. There are individuals in any collective. Check them out. I’ve known many Catholics who were better suited than this pope.
