Its so funny that women want a traditional man yet they refuse to be traditional women. Fit, friendly, fiscally responsible, cook, don’t weaponize but enjoys sex with hubby (only), not be run through by multiple guys,

And realize the things that make a woman a great partner to a guy, are not the same things that make a guy a great partner to a woman.

But until marriage and family courts become fairer to men and are reformed, its not a good deal for men.

We need more God fearing Men who respect women as their wives and the mothers of their children.

That attitude is one of the reasons men are leaving the churches. The problem is NOT that men don't "respect" women.

Women generally don't want to marry until they're approaching their 30s. Until then they want to "date" lots of exciting bad boys. That's why many young men don't marry.

And after marriage, most divorces are initiated by women. The rise of single motherhood is caused mostly by women.

And the "solution" of many Christian churches is to blame and bash men. "You men need to Man Up! There are not enough Real Men! in the churches. You need to Wife Up! all those single mothers (and raise another man's kids)."

What self-respecting man wants to hear that cr*p?

madaly ohare?....what about Hugh Hefner....

seems men got what they wanted...free sex, free nudity, free porn, free, free, free and throw in birth control for the women to take and abortions if it didn't work....woo hoo...

I think Vat 2 set us off in a bad direction...sounding like a prude here, but maybe sex should only be for procreation...

if sex was seen as the reward of finding a mate, marrying and having children, think of how much better off our society and culture would be....

I notice lately that virtually all our adult friends are long time married people...no divorces and only one marriage for each of them.......

it can be done...

I think marriage in the U.S. is so corrupted by the courts as men are deemed a wallet and nothing more. I went through it once and she has passed after having 5 other children after our oldest daughter. I have NO sympathy for women at all. I look at them as calculating money whores (the majority.) The Catholic church is rife with homosexuality and a blasphemous pope. I love God and fear ever losing his love. Our society has evolved into a worldly lustful chaotic mess. I will never enter a marriage again ...their is no equality and there never was meant to be. Let women rot in their own makings via the courts. Answer me this why should I cowtow to a female that just needs to pick up a phone and tell authorities she feels uncomfortable and I have to leave my home ?

Excerpt:

Bishops Accused of Sexual Abuse and Misconduct
A Global Accounting
[Latest changes: We added the French archbishop Gardès and updated the summary for ex-cardinal McCarrick to include the dismissal of the Massachusetts criminal case against him. For the complete McCarrick summary, click here.]

As of May 1, 2023, BishopAccountability.org has identified 100 Catholic bishops worldwide accused publicly of sexual crimes against children and 47 Catholic bishops worldwide who have been accused publicly of sexual wrongdoing against adults only.

The names of those accused of abusing minors are marked in red; those with names in black are accused of sexual abuse/sexual misconduct with individuals age 18 or older only.

Until the 2018 revelations of numerous abuses by former cardinal Theodore McCarrick, the problem of bishops and major superiors who abuse had received little scrutiny. Yet a sexually abusive bishop or superior is exceptionally dangerous. His management of priests is skewed toward protecting his secret, beginning with the character of the men he accepts to the seminary and the quality of their formation. When one of his priests is accused of sexual abuse, a bishop who is also an offender is unlikely to administer punishment or contact law enforcement. He is, inevitably, an enabler of other sexual criminals, harming not only his own victims, but those who are raped or assaulted by the abusive clerics to whom he gives safe harbor.

In the Catholic church, “sexual corruption is conferred from the top down – from men in power,” wrote celibacy scholar Richard Sipe. Bishops who sexually abuse seminarians, as McCarrick is canonically convicted of doing, and as Bishop Anthony J. O’Connell admitted doing, may establish what Sipe called “a genealogy of abuse,” setting up “a pattern of institutional secrecy.”

Despite the extensive harm done by abusive church leaders, few have been severely disciplined. Only seven have been laicized: Fernando Armindo Lugo Méndez of Paraguay (2008), Raymond J. Lahey of Canada (2012), Gabino Miranda Melgarejo of Peru (2013), Jósef Wesołowski of Poland (2014), Francisco José Cox Huneeus of Chile (2018), Marco Antonio Órdenes Fernández of Chile (2018), and Theodore McCarrick of the United States (2019).

All of the remaining bishops named below, even those found guilty under canon law, have been allowed to retain the title of bishop and to be called emeritus, a status that confers continued prestige and power. According to a 2008 document by the Congregation for Bishops, when a bishop becomes emeritus, he merely is beginning ‘a new phase of his ministry.’ Though relieved of administrative duties, he retains his membership in the college of bishops and continues to ‘collaborate in the governance of the church.’

Most abusive bishops have escaped accountability in the secular realm too, due mainly to restrictive statutes of limitations. For instance, out of the 49 U.S. bishops publicly accused of child sexual abuse, only two — Bishop Thomas Dupre and former cardinal Theodore McCarrick — have been criminally indicted or charged.

Even the expression “single mother” diminishes the importance of the nuclear family. There is a difference between a widow whose child’s father has died, a divorced woman who at least was married to the father at one time and an always single mother who was never married to her child’s father.

Revel you are on it. The Bible is God’s revelation of Himself to mankind. Only 4% of CHRISTIANS, mind you, believe the Bible. That explains a lot of the decline.

In order to believe the Bible, I think people need to be impressed with its time-tested value, and desperate to know more about what is in it. The Holy Spirit will guide anyone displaying those attitudes toward the Bible, and will guide that one into the truth it contains. That’s a promise.

Yep, the Church is lacking on building men up. Sadly, many pastors watch porn.

That article conveys real information. What you wrote conveys propaganda.

100,000 articles about the same things or misleading things says nothing.

1Tim 4:1-3
1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

Jesus speaks about this in Matt 13.

The whole chapter is worthy of an in depth study.

(Hint- it only going to get more and more demonic...)

BTW people typically recognize the propaganda for what it is. The event that really hit people hard was closing the churches during COVID. That just smacked of faithlessness and is squarely on the Bishops.

IMO the opening post is correct. Youth ministries do nothing for church attendence. Kids go to church because of their families.

That attitude is one of the reasons men are leaving the churches. The problem is NOT that men don't "respect" women.

I disagree with this. When you shack up with women and have relations and give into loose women, you don't respect them.

Women generally don't want to marry until they're approaching their 30s. Until then they want to "date" lots of exciting bad boys. That's why many young men don't marry.

Then real men move on to someone else. Good women are out there. It takes patience

And after marriage, most divorces are initiated by women. The rise of single motherhood is caused mostly by women.

Divorces are caused by not having God in your marriage. Terrible or no counseling prior to marriage causes divorce. A contraceptive mentality leads to divorce. Lack of good and holy marriages to set an example lead to divorce. Those in good and holy marriages need to set an example for others and need to encourage others.

And the "solution" of many Christian churches is to blame and bash men. "You men need to Man Up! There are not enough Real Men! in the churches. You need to Wife Up! all those single mothers (and raise another man's kids)."

Where is Dad at Mass or in Church? He isn't there on Sunday. He isn't there setting an example for his family kneeling and praying to God. There is a dearth of family men in church these days. I look around and they are not there. They are probably at the game or playing sports. Sports have replaced God in today's society.

This is an enormous difference in a child's life. When the Father gets down on his knees and prays to God, children take notice. Absolutely nothing against mothers taking their children to Mass, but if Dad isn't there, the will not last long.

God created Man first and then created Woman out of Man. Man, like Christ is the head of the Church, is the head of the Family. If the head of the family isn't doing what it takes to get his family into Heaven what do you think is going to happen to him on his Judgement day?

Exactly right, Dr.!

‘Professional Christians’ are ducking their culpability, blaming the pagan culture that they have refused to oppose.
