Most Arab nations, most notably Saudi Arabia, are now allies with Israel. It's the Iranians, who are at odds with Saudi Arabia and most other Arab nations, that are the problem. And the biggest ally of Iran is Russia, who has a long history of supporting the Palestinians as well.
