Ooooh!

What is it, 3 readings a day!?

You’re hilarious!

Have you been overwhelmed by the Fani testimony and it left you groggy?

I am laughing at you - again! Always a source of entertainment.

What a joke!

I had to go back and look up what this was in reference to. Thanks for posting it.

I'm not sure why Ken is so hostile and abusive to people who are just having a discussion about things. He shouted at me to BUG OFF and then added a vaguely ominous "I remember you".

…just Catholicism.

I STILL remember you.

“Ominous”? Isn’t that a little hyperbolic?

Referring to “daily readings” does not make for “Study” (2 Tim 2:15)

You may THINK IT DOES but you’re wrong.

Discuss that!

Ken - if you attend a mass as Christians have done for 2000 years, you will not only hear the Daily readings from scripture but you will have study and learnings.

Ken - if you read scripture, why do you believe in Sole fide i.e. faith ALONE, when faith ALONE is non-biblical?

Of course your questions are ridiculous.

I wouldn’t have expected anything else.

Similarly, if turtles had wings (a false premise), could turtles fly?

But,

If you had read scripture and studied it, you would know that the Roman Catholic “Church” is not biblical. God hates what Satan is doing to the people in your church.

Do you have any other strawman arguments?

If so, look at the thousands of religion threads over the last 20 years on this website. Read through them. You may learn something. Probably not.

Many Catholics have scales over their eyes. You may know some of them. They will not hear the truth. They will not understand the truth. They will continue to live in the dark space that your church has invented for them.

These people will know eternal darkness unless they turn to Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ alone for their salvation.

Ken Regis “Buy a Bible. Figure it for yourself”

I’m sure af_vet, like me or other Catholics has at least one Bible in his house.

Besides that, af_vet will hear the readings from the Bible at every mass - and if he attends daily, then he hears the Bible more than you may

More than one, but more important that the words in the Bible be often pondered in the mind and heart to rein one in and lead one in the path of righteousness.

There is great beauty and value in the daily readings for the Mass. Whether one understands the “daily bread” to be the holy scriptures or the Eucharist, the pattern of the daily Mass giving glory to the Father through the Son throughout the world each day 24/7 is a living sacrifice that can be regarded as holy and acceptable to God when done in and through the Holy Spirit. Without doubt, it is a mystery. There are wheat and tares, besides us all being sinners who must repent as often as necessary and continue to take up our personal cross daily while loving the brethren.

The scriptures should be like rivers of water cleansing and refreshing our souls.

Romans 1:1-2
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

👍Good, good
The Word should be in one’s heart and mind regardless of man made additions that are not in the originals, however well intended.
