That could be an intestinal obstruction causing peritonitis, even sepsis. It sounds like peristalsis has slowed dramatically or stopped. If you are throwing up regularly, this is an unmistakeable warning sign of those serious maladies.
I am not a doctor but I used to have similar gut issues, PLEASE go to an ER today or insist on first call at your primary Doctor tomorrow morning. You could be critically dehydrated by now and not really know it.

I’m praying for you.
I made it through last night. Slept for 14 hours. Rolling fever, but the good news is my digestive system came back on line. Food finally started to clear my system. My pain level is now manageable without heavy duty pain killers. Honestly, I was in a dark place before the prayers came my way.
Just one more day to go and I can switch meds to help my digestive system recover.
I need my body to cooperate. I got news that a $75K deal I was working on is closing in my company’s favor and want to execute the contract tomorrow.
