The scripture says “ no man knows the day nor the hour” but the scripture DOES SAY...
Luke 21:28. KJ21. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up and lift up your heads, for your redemption draweth nigh.”
WATCH and BE READY.. oh how I pray that if there is even ONE person on FR that has not yet accepted the FREE GIFT of salvation through Jesus Christ, you will do so right away! NOTHING will compare in all of the World WArs.. etc to what is coming!!!!!

And many Western believers will be disillusioned when we realize more adversity and suppression and tribulation - even such as other believers are now enduring - rather than being delivered from such as expected, as if we are better than many other believers and those of the first century church.
But a thousand years are like a day to God.
Yes, Jesus will return soon. But "soon" might be another thousand years from now.
Thank you for posting this; it lines everything up in Scripture. LORD, reveal yourself to the unsaved in such a way that they cannot deny that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life, in Jesus Name, Amen.

The Call to Action is the same and just as urgent whether the rapture is today or in 1000 years, or if the rapture is a misunderstanding of prophecy.

From Adam to Abraham was 2 thousand yrs.
Abraham to Jesus 2 thousand and 2 thousand to the present adds up to 6 thousand.

The sooner, the better.
I used to not wish it on those who would go through it, although I realize there is no avoiding it. So my wish was that since people were still basically moral and upright, IOW our definition of *good*, that the end wouldn’t come yet.
Now the evil and pain and suffering is so great, that I want that to end and still realize that people will go through the Tribulation, but it’s better now to prevent more evil and suffering inflicted on mankind by men and Satan, than to inflict it on *good* people in the form of the Tribulation.

What with the level of evil we are seeing these days, it will still pale in comparison to what the Tribulation will ultimately bring.
Can you point to someone who is saying that?
That is the most anemic argument to sue against Jesus statement that no man can know the day or hour.
And apparently many believers cannot tell the difference between small *t* tribulation that we all experience in our lives and capital *T* the Tribulation that is God’s dealing with Israel and judgment for sin on an unbelieving world.
One thing that I find interesting in thinking about *soon*, which is hard to define anyways, is the WEF’s Great Reset for 2030.
What they are talking about implementing segues in very well with what *soon* might entail.
So *soon* may indeed be within the next few years.
Frankly, considering what technology has enabled man to do, I don’t see much hope of the human race making it much longer without Divine Intervention. The nuclear capabilities are bad enough but genetic manipulation, AI, and surveillance technology make self-destruction of the human race almost a given.
Our abilities in those ways have far outstripped our ability to use them wisely and for good. Knowing man’s easily corruptible nature, their misuse is guaranteed.
We can only hope!

If history has shown us anything, it has repeatedly demonstrated that those shouting that the second coming of the Lord is neigh, could not be further from the truth.
The lord will come, on his terms and at a time of his choosing, likely with little fanfare.

When folks like the WEF have governments all signed on to things like agenda 2030; ONE-World government by 2030, it’s telling that there’s no where else to go, unlike in precious times.

But it's also important on our part to remain ready and vigilant, ever watching, always being mindful that it could happen at any moment. It's frightening to comprehend that in a blink of an eye that "true Christians" will be gone and the world will be immediately plunged into chaos and despair.
Harold Camping, who ran Family Radio, which I like for its Christian music, was adamant that the end of the world would take place on May 21, 2011. I'm glad that it didn't, for if the world had ended on that day, I would have missed a really good USC-Notre Dame game the following October.
Incidentally, Camping had a heart attack shortly afterwards, and the Lord took him home.
