They're Snippy's elite force of troopers from Steel Panthers, which she plays online with Sam from time to time. They needed a name and I was only too happy to provide one.
It's a good thing nobody sees me leave, otherwise I'd have to explain it much more often :)

I've been trying to find some decent pictures from the movie Always with Richard Dreyfus. Sorta sappy flick, but the scenes where he is flying the A26 as a fire bomber are pretty cool.

Bicycle Spanking Troupe LOL! Actually the Colonel cane up with the name when Snippy tried to stop my Fallschirmjagers from taking an airfield with Bicycle Troops in a game of Steel Panthers, and it just stuck.
PS. Her Bicycle Troops were "spanked" by my Elite troopers.
