Too deep, boys just like to put "action" into their stories. Even in today's PC world Boys will be boys

Some trivia for you.

Paul Revere's grandson, Colonel Paul Joseph Revere, 20th Mass., was mortally wounded at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

He also told them that he had been warning the countryside of the British
plan and that their lives were at risk if they remained in the vicinity of
Lexington because there would soon be 500 men there ready to fight.

God grant America a continuing supply of such bold fellows--and we'll have another two hundred years.

Evening PhilDragoo.

God grant America a continuing supply of such bold fellows--and we'll have another two hundred years

From the sailors that Snippy and I saw on the Tarawa, we don't have to worry about our external enemies.

FR features electronic counterparts to Paul Revere and William Dawes in its SAM and snippy show.

Electronic horsemen alert cyber minutemen to breaking military history.

All the battles, all the heroes appear and occur, reappear and reoccur on the Mobius Strip called The Foxhole.

Be there or be square vs. incoming rounds.

Those who ignore their lessons of military history are doomed to target status:

Love the Osama graphic!

Thanks for the compliment and for being one of the "cyber minutemen" who drop into the Foxhole every day.

Snippy and I try really appreciate the posters and readers who visit the Foxhole.

For all who were stationed at or ported at Subic Bay in the Philippines, the Subic Bay Registry Project is an effort to permanently record the participants in this great adventure that was Subic Bay !

Hmmm. The stories my brother in law told me about port call at Subic aren't exactly family hour material.

Fascinating stuff about Revere's ride to New Hampshire - I knew nothing about it. I have a soft spot for the "Live Free Or Die" state.

Snippy, I'm also shocked, just shocked, to learn ordinary Americans were allowed to keep assault rifles in their homes in 1775!

You really must read Paul Revere's Ride by David Hackett Fischer, it's outstanding. More information than has ever been taught about Revere and Adams and what they were all doing at that time. Check it out!

Are you wondering why I am responding to this older thread? I am researching Paul Revere, on google, for my 1st grade homeschool American History class tomorrow and lo and behold what do I find? This thread!! So cool!

He is one of my favorite characters!

Why do I feel as tho I am in a time warp and sending you a message from the past? Heehee!!

Thanks to all of the veterans for giving me the opportunity to raise my children in freedom!
