Your funny.
Now if its true.
The truth is that Bush is the only president who set aside federal funding for stemcell research.....in existing lines.
Dean went on to say that no corporation would want to invest in America with a President like George W. Bush.
And the host let him make that statement without any refutation at all.

No wonder her husband is divorcing her ... . Maybe that's part of the reason for this charade on her part.
Hi, x, glad you're back. Hope you're moderately tanned and very well-rested after your vacation.
I've stayed away from the Cindy S. stories; they break my heart. No doubt you've seen more of grief than most of us and know first-hand that it can take many different and sometimes peculiar forms.
I think this woman is losing her mind and is being used by the opposition to further their own political ends. But her grief is all too real. I can understand her wanting to stop whatever it is she thinks killed her son.
IMO the real sadness, second only to her grief, is that she is actually diminishing the honor of her son's death. A soldier's sacrifice is truly valorous. We must always acknowledge with complete gratitude that because of the soldier's efforts, "there but for the grace of God go I."
As soon as the media convinces someone that the war is less than necessary they undermine what little comfort a parent could take in the loss of a child.
That is probably very true.
It is the basis of the great grief surrounding Vietnam. It means that the loss of a child is always a terrible thing, but if you take away the honor of the cause for which they died, then you take away what little comfort and relief a parent/love one could get out of a really bad situation.
thanks for the pic
i really needed that!
