The archaeologists' experiment is described in detail in next month's edition of the magazine, Archaeology Ireland.

I predict that issue will sell more copies than they have sold all year total.

About 15 years ago I think, I used to get “beer in a bag”. It was a premixed beer recipe that all you had to do was add water. Then you hung the bag in a dark closet for a week I think, or something like that, and then it was ready for drinking. There was no cooking. The yeast was in it. As I remember, the stuff in the bag before you added water was like tar or molasses. I’ve tried to find it on the internet and can’t find it anywhere. I think the last time I had it was about 10 years ago. Because it was an alcohol free product until you add water, you could get it through the mail and ship it across state lines. It was good beer too. The bag had a tap built into like boxed wine does. and there was no hassle with bottling. You filled your glass straight from the bag.

Have you ever heard of this product?

"Experiment"? Hell, it sounds like a good excuse to get plastered.

That's my kind of experiment!

I never see these kind of jobs in the classifieds. It's a conspiracy.
