"buwaya douze pointe buwaya douze pointe buwaya douze pointe Do the funky beat Come on"

You've got to be a Eurovision fan to really get that one. If not for Marija Seferovic, I wouldn't have understood it either.

Er, go have a look at my post again. It did not refer to the recognition of Kosovo, which I have never mentioned on this thread, but to fears of Russia and a desire for US support, which Georgia certainly shares with most of Russias neighbors.

Is there a defect in the Serbian educational system that impairs the capacity to argue ? Is it some cultural deficiency that prevents the organization of thought ? An ingrained inability to stick to a point ? Or perhaps, is it poor reading comprehension in English ?

There's nothing quite like an ad hominem (or against an entire people for defending their homes and churches) attack to admit that you've lost the debate. Buh-bye, Christian-hating Jihadist shill.

LOL! I am an American, born and bred, Booboo -- UNLIKE you. One too many ESL classes and you are really full of yourself, aren't you?

"It did not refer to the recognition of Kosovo, which I have never mentioned on this thread,"

Really? A few of your posts:

"If the majority in that region (Kosovo) was Albanian for centuries, why don’t they have the right, according to principles of self-determination, to demand separation and independence ?"

"Do the Albanians there not have an excellent case for independence ?"

"Whatever the misbehavior of the Albanians of that age, this does not seem a reasonable justification to deny them independence 60 years later."

But I can't fault you too much for those posts (in spite of your denial and disinformation), as those were the few times that you actually wandered near the subject of the article -- "US Veteran Removes His Kosovo Medal" -- instead of you just using it as some kind of soapbox for your bizarre views on everything from Russia to the Philippines.

As for your posts "not being racist", there seems to be an awful lot posts removed from this thread by the moderator and I recall more than a few of them were yours.

And where were you for a few days, there? Taking an involuntary FR "vacation"?

PS Julia Gorin answered your Totten article quite nicely on Jihad Watch and Jihad Monitor, if you are interested.

But then again, I suppose you'd probably rather live in that fantasyland in your head.

buwaya..if it such a successful place with peace..then why did I witness a small group of Albanian men chase a non-Albanian with picks and axes?

Why did I witness a botched kidnapping by a car full of Albanian men on a non-Albanian?

Why did I witness an Albanian try to run down a non-Albanian with his tractor?

THAT explains it ! Its the AMERICAN educational system !

I should have guessed ! The only one that can deliver such dreadful results so consistently. Not even the Greeks and Serbs can match it. The one that might as well have been inflicted on the US by an enemy. Check on the possibility of a non-performance suit, you have a case.

“LOL! I am an American, born and bred, Booboo — UNLIKE you. One too many ESL classes and you are really full of yourself, aren’t you?”

Nope babe, no ESL, just good old Christian Brothers and Jesuits, look them up for a brand reference.

“”It did not refer to the recognition of Kosovo, which I have never mentioned on this thread,””

“Really? A few of your posts:” - etc.

Er, I said zip about any country recognizing Kosovo, and I repeat, the post you are complaining abot was directly referring to Eastern European countries attitudes toward Russia - and I quote myself -

Post 131 -

elenil - “Russian imperialists? the nation that has endured more attacks and invasions than eny other country?”

me - Ask the Poles about that. They want US bases - just in case. Are they smoking Manila hash, or maybe some Krakow Gold ?

Post 136 -

The Polish hint didn’t suffice ?

Then have a look at your map, and consider that Polish attitudes are the same as pretty much every other nation from Georgia to Finland in the old Waraw-pact area, save for Belorussia (still a Miloslevic-style dictatorship) - and I’m not sure that even they aren’t secretly on-board.

Almost all want to join NATO and want US bases. Interesting, why do you suppose ?

Maybe they know things that you don’t ?

No argument re recognition here. Wheres your point about Georgia now ?

“you just using it as some kind of soapbox for your bizarre views on everything from Russia to the Philippines.”

Bizarre view of Russia ? Of the Philippines ? Whats bizarre about them ? Thy are the plain old conventional wisdom.

Yep, the moderator didn’t seem to like complaints about Greeks, why I don’t know. Its not my site. Go figure.

what utter garbage.

How many christians were KILLED for that little slice of propaganda? hundreds of thousands?

How many churches were DESTROYED for the propaganda piece.

Credible? HA! Joke is more like it.

sorry to burst your bubble but Kosovo is a COMPLETE FAILURE of the CLINTON AND BUSH administrations.

It was a balkanization ploy of the US state department that has created an opening for the Russian Army to be positioned in the northern remaining christian stronghold.

Just look at the catastrophy in the Middle east right now and you will see what is in store for the Balkans.

"Does anyone know if you HAVE to wear such medals if you are in active service?"

I tried looking that up, as I don't have husband here for info on it.

It appears that you don't have to wear all the medals that you receive, and if you have too many, you actually have to choose which ones to wear. However, there is a required order to them -- and it appears that you are not allowed any voluntary "gaps" between the medals.

The soldier here seems to have kept the conspicuous voluntary gap where that medal ought to be, in order to make a point. I would think that this would be against regulations for someone on active duty.

Obviously, one has to feel very strongly about something to do what he has done, even though he is retired from the Navy. There is honor in what he has done.

Hmm, lets see -

The US is now actively supporting several governments worth of “moderate Muslims” in Afghanistan, Kurdistan, Iraq proper, Kuwait, Bahrain, the UAE, Lebanon, etc., as well as Kosovo. Just as a side note Totten et. al., along with many hundreds of thousands of other Americans, have spent several years in those parts, and seem to mostly support the idea of “moderate Muslims”, having lived among them.

If there is no such thing, then the idea of trying to make something of these people is pointless, and therefore the US should just withraw, and blow them up as required. That is the logic of your position. It is the same argument, by the way, as that proposed by the Democrats and the Europeans.

Your point of view, taken to a logical conclusion, has rather profound strategic implications. I suggest you think those through.

Ha ha, certainly not a fan (you should see those eurojugend, really some dangerous people they are...joke) but it`s impossible to avoid (about to start in a week) these days this cirkus (they make it both out of songs and voting, and we have now on EV two American women, songs on imaginary languages, new one from Azerbaijan (?), a puppet and a real chicken). I saw interview with Dustin last night (he is also a polititian and got some thousands of votes as presidential canditate - a puppet!, and with this he`s mocking contest and complaining about block-voting).
Anyway, sorry for the troll, but really all this with buwy creature was just an outrage.

“Legal Serbian, Roma, Jewish, and Christian Albanian residents of Kosovo-Metohiha return to reclaim their homes and places of worship.”

IIRC there is an office /process for people to reclaim their legally properties in Kosovo. In fact, many Albanians whose houses got burned were thrown out of the Serb houses regardless, once it was determined they were squatters. I’ll post the New York Times article if I find it.

As far as Albanian Christians, I didn’t know they left.

You do not and are not required to wear ribbons nor medals. It is up to the individual soldier, Marine etc... However, if during a CG or BN Inspection etc... they can order you to wear them on your Alphas, Charlies etc...

I personally do not care about wearing ribbons..what do they prove? absolutely nothing.

Yeah, as they began to realize the makeup of their new Albanian neighbors, being either Jihadist or criminals if not both, they were driven out as well. Albania proper has become more Christian as a result.
