Having a poll on Obama’s “performance” right now is about as
silly as a preseason BCS poll. It means nothing. He hasn’t
DONE anything yet.

Yes, but fear of Obama has.

As in getting many people (like actor Kelsey Grammer) to cash
out of the stock market.
So they could pay capital gains tax before Obama raises them.

Well, for those folks, fear of Obama actually was a good thing.
Seeing how the stock market has gone since summer!!!

He has a good smile and can speak eloquently.

As far as speaking eloquently ... always with a teleprompter. One picture I saw a few weeks ago had the 'anointed one' speaking in a rodeo ring ... with a teleprompter.

OK you are right they are venting, it doesnt hurt anything for them to vent here, but lets try to make this fun again. I dont mean to offend anyone.

That’s part of it. He’s bringing Axelrod to national security? That guy isn’t quaified for that job.

McCain should have said that early on. I think this will be a transitional presidency, until we get someone better anyway. It’s probably good Obama is in there with all the problems.

Included in that figure, no doubt, are the dumb asses that sat the election out and allowed a marxist to be elected.

I always knew he was a prop. I told my cousin this 8 months ago.

52% is exactly the percentage of people who voted for him. So far he hasn’t ticked anyone off. Just wait.

No, he can read eloquently. He can also parrot what is fed to him via earpiece well. His actual speaking is atrocious.

Oh yeah!
Stock market taking a beating - the worst in post presidential election history.
Pelosi already saying expectations are too high ... he’s making a statement this afternoon.
I fully expect him to say this is going to be harder than you think, things aren’t going to be easy, don’t expect much yadda yadda yadda ....
all the things we said before the election that he would never say.

I actually saw somewhere where one of the dems said well he is not a god, we can’t expect that much. Funny, wasn’t he billed as the “messiah”?

We are right where we were in Bill Clinton's SECOND YEAR IN OFFICE.

Yup. The DOW is now where it was in January 1998. That's 10 years of no gains whatsoever (other than dividends).

Guarantee within two years a lot of blacks will be referring to Obama as an “Oreo.”

That's the high. Next year will be more fun. GWB is gone. Now many voters will expect results from BoB. Cheer up gloomy freepers. All that pre-election doomsday talk about crazy stuff like ‘Fairness Doctrine ’, ‘get rid of 401Ks’, ‘prosecute Bush”. I dream that they would be stupid enough to try a bunch of crazy liberal stuff .

I'm hoping they go full ahead with their socialist agenda. I'm sure that's exactly what Pelosi and Reid want to do anyway.

Did you notice that in Obama's speech, he was already backpedaling on his many promises? I think many are going to be sorely disappointed - they'll have to pay for their own gas and mortgages after all!

I can't wait until he brings back the draft (not necessarily a bad thing). All Obama's youthfull supporters who voted for him because he was going to stop the war are going to wind up in bootcamp and stationed somewhere in the Middle East! And that includes the women too! I love it!

That is my fear, that my three daughters will suffer the folly of their peers. And yes, to a mom of three teens the spectre of a draft under an extrememly weak CIC is a horrible thing and nothing to crow about.
