And this would be the same Vallejo. California that is
bankrupt? It's not like they have anything better to worry about than a taxi with an EGA.

Notify ALL Veterans organizations in the city. Call your
State Reps and Senators. Every member of the city council. Name him in the local papers. Make him a pariah! This sounds like it happened yesterday on Veterans Day.

The cop is out of his mind. He must be angry that his city is bankrupt, due to excessive compensation to police and fire unions.

Not sure whether it is or not, but he AND the City Attorney are on notice that my colors will NOT be struck and that, because I consider it a First Amendment issue, it will get expensive for them if I EVER receive a citation from him.

Do the regulations state that a flag can’t be flown? If it’s not in writing, they can’t do anything. And if paint is not regulated, I’d do the whole cab up as the MC flag!

Just because something is regulated doesn’t means ownership transferred. He needs to point out the regulation that regulates flag flying on taxis. What a creep.

I spoke with the officer (Michael Nichelini) on or about the 20th of last month. So far I have been told that he has called the cab company on several occasions to complain that the colors are still flying. I did speak today (got a callback) to the City Attorney who is PD Liaison. It was not very productive except that she did say they would have to defend him if/when it goes to court. Any lawyers around that might want to help out here?

Also contact city hall and ask to have an action item added to the agenda.
You would like to speak about this incident at the next city council meeting.
Contact the Marines...maybe they would like to add some support by flying flags and standing by while you speak.
Good luck dcwusmc.

Please, please, please, tell me this nancy-boy did not issue this edict on Monday past, the USMC (233rd?)birthday?
BTW, since Heartbreak Ridge is on AMC tonight, in the spirit of GSGT Highway, tell "muttface" to go hump someone else's leg.
