No. This is the Aroaring Saturnalias, which I think was a Roman holiday that got out of hand and had to be moved to New Orleans.

Notice that the aura is in the shape of an "O" Actually, it has been known for quite a while that the features surrounding Saturn's north pole are not circular, but are hexagonal. (Just look at the red "ring inside the "aurora" in your photo...)
FWIW, I have never seen a good explantion for the hexagonal formations...
