The effects of any caldera eruption would range from "very unpleasant" to "catastrophic", depending on its size. We're talking about a geologic event which is beyond human experience. A minimum-sized eruption of this beast would kill millions, not just from the immediate fallout but also from economic and climate disruptions which would lead to severe famines in large parts of the globe.

It really is nothing to make light of.

Does anyone think this could really be ready to go?

Let me get back to you on that!

You are right ,it’s the people counting the votes that have control.

How in the name of Kee-ryst did we end up with Mccain?

New Hampshire should be the last to have a primary.

“It really is nothing to make light of.”

It is one form of “gallows humor.” It is a psychological defense mechanism.

“There will be no place to evacuate to, except maybe Iceland, for a while..”

With the prevailing jet stream moving east those west of the Rockies should be fine.

one of the quakes was centered at a depth of 37 MILES
Thanks george76. That seems far down, but it's pretty common I think.

Yeah right, they say its green and then quietly fly thousands of miles away to an underground bunker.

...I have previously reported MUCH information about the covert military BLACK OPS in place in YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK (YNP), and reported about military admissions (which I have gathered from reliable sources, including 911 truthteller retired USAF FIELD MCCONNELL, and at least one Pentagon source) of huge amounts of powerful military explosives being covertly planted around the YELLOWSTONE SUPERCALDERA, for what many of us researchers believe will prove to be part of the CREATED CHAOS leading to MARTIAL LAW declaration in the USA for the NEW WORLD ORDER agenda.

In my previous report, DARK SECRETS OF YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, I shared how my investigative research while working at YNP uncovered the information confirming secret underground military testing/experiment labs in Yellowstone NP, complete with secret entryways (in one case a cave concealing an entrance in the OLD FAITHFUL region), plus the admissions of various military sources that "YELLOWSTONE IS GOING TO BLOW" and that the US military plan to be THE INSTIGATORS through high explosives planted throughout that region. One military source, who had previously been in the underground military facilities in Yellowstone NP, who I later interviewed in BOZEMAN MT, admitted to me that this was WHY there were so many underground military facilities in that region. He said , "YELLOWSTONE IS GOING TO BLOW...and they KNOW it!" And he admitted they intended to HELP it blow as well!

Furthermore, RUSSIA (a major NWO player)has been steadily BEAMING HAARP ELF FREQUENCIES into the ground throughout YNP for years now. A warning flyer circulated among employees at YNP the summer I worked there, admitting this unsettling phenomena. WHY ELF's being beamed into YNP? When ELF HAARP frequencies are beamed into the GROUND, they have the effect of SOFTENING THE ROCK and destablizing the ground. Result? Helping to trigger the eruption of the YNP SUPERVOLCANO to create a state of chaos throughout this region.

But WHY??? The answer is quite simple. MARTIAL LAW is going to deliberately triggered throughout North America, leading to the establishment of the NEW WORLD ORDER in it's place. "ORDER OUT OF CHAOS" is the motto of the NWO, only THEY create the CHAOS, and out of it's ashes bring forth THEIR NEW WORLD ORDER!...

Aloha George!

Yellowstone may well go off and since it's an Andesite volcano, it'll probably be explosive ala Mt St Helen's.

That caldera was formed some 600,000 years ago from super volcanic eruption but it doesn't mean it'll happen that way again.

There's a caveat to this simplistic down play of destruction though. I don't have on hand the records of snowfall or melt in the Rockies or the Grand Tetons this winter but if the floods in the Northwest is any indicator, there could be trouble. Water and magma causes underground steam pockets which build pressure to explosive levels. After the explosion the magma has an escape vent which will probably give the caldera a new floor. And I wouldn't want to be in the area if that happens.

I found this handy to track the earthquakes in and around Yellowstone Lake.

So, what would be the ideal Doomsday vehicle for such a Mad Max scenario?

The new Charger with a 6.1 liter Hemi is pretty hot. Paint it up lava red to commemerate doomsday, throw in a roll cage and a shotgun rack and you're set.

If we raise taxes on big oil, maybe we can head this off, but only if we do so immediately.

If we wait, it will be too late.

No questions, please

It Depends. If it does a "normal" eruption, you're right.

But if it does a super eruption, its possible everything east to about the Mississippi would be buried in ash. And not an inch or 2.

Its possible that rocks could rain down within a couple of hundred miles. After being blown 80,000 ft up.

St Helens caldera is 2 miles by 2 miles, or 4 sq miles.
Yellowstone's is approx 35 miles by 43 miles, approx. 1500 sq miles.

Don’t mind earthquakes one bit been through 52 anf 71, and all the smaller ones in between and after.

Actually they have been good for business.

One owner of a 13 story in Los Angeles that we repaired after the 52 quake was on the phone when I walked into the office @ 5:30 the morning of the 72 quake stating he didn’t want to have to wait 2 months to get us on the job.

It is of a much larger area than just Yellowstone. Same format, however. Still only 71 and not 250, for what that is worth.

Make that tens of millions and you would be a lot closer.

I’ve read that it would take out several states.
