The solution to global cooling is to get Al Gore to start lecturing on it. When he expresses his opinions, it appears to have an opposite effect on the climate.
There is more to man-made carbon emissions than just cars.
But I agree, with the conclusion for two reasons.
1. Man is pitifully small in comparison to Earth, her oceans, the Sun and the Milky Way Galaxy. Man has not become the Prime Mover as much as Liberals would want to believe.
2. Climate is not a closed system.

“all this heavy snow in Southern CA, NO & Houston.”
I don’t know about the snow in the south, but the ice storms in the North could be indicative. I read 30 years ago in National Geographic that when it warms in the far north the glaciers melt and move faster, but there is more snow at the lower levels, so they also build up some. When it is very cold there is less evaporation and less snow.
It also seems we are at a very low period for sun spots which usually results in a cooler period. Watch those sun spots. If the increase to normal in the next several year, we should be back to hotter weather.
While this winter has been colder than recent years, 45 to 50 years ago, when I lived in the Middle West, and then the Mid Atlantic it was a lot colder several years in a rowt than it has been in the past decade.
