That's a lot of bull.A pedestrian passes in front of the statue of a bull in the Wall Street area in New York City. A predicted slowdown in Atlantic Ocean currents will cause sea levels along the US northeast coast to rise twice as fast as the global average, exposing New York and other big cities to violent and frequent storm surges, according to a new study. Why worry? There wont be a Wall Street anyways once this Kenyan imbecile is done throwing our money away.
Britains's Prince Charles, seen here speaking at the Itamaraty Palace in Rio de Janeiro, warned Thursday that the current global financial crisis is "nothing" compared to the impact of climate change as he called for urgent environmental protection measures. (AFP/Vanderlei Almeida)

Maybe this is what Travis Bickle meant when he said, “someday a real rain is gonna come to wash the scum off the streets.”

...Union of Concerned Scientists showed that, due to rising sea levels, once-in-a-century storms would occur on average every 10 years by 2100. I love this stuff. I don't trust the 3-day forecast. I'm gonna look to the UCS for guidance?

The NYers will just have to raise the level of the city and build a seawall like my grandfather and the residents of Galveston did after the 1900 storm. Actually my grandfather didn't help build up the island, he left as soon as he finished helping pick up 6000 to 10,000 bodies that were killed by the storm. The residents of NY will luckily have all kinds of heavy equipment, the Galveston residents had mules and shovels. I don't think people are that tough anymore.
