Aaaargh! I was thinking the same thing...gondola franchises. Tell you what. You get the New York franchise and I’ll take the Boston one. I’m sure Boston will get hit just as bad.

“Scientwists” are ignoring laws of physics, must be the consensus thing. Like water distribution around sphere with gravity.
God is throwing some cold water at their extortion scam by making this sunspot minimum really low and prolonged, with upcoming maximum being most likely low. Ans they can't do sheeeet about it, just watch their globullsheeeet fall apart.

The stories that Larson told in his book are exactly like the stories my grandfather told about surviving the storm. I read that Larson went to the Galveston library and read the true life accounts that survivors had recorded there. I think he did an excellent job.

I am not tough, I’ll admit that. When my air conditioning goes out I fade.

by powerful currents that coarse around the globe

Perhaps they meant to use the word "course". But editors can't be expected to catch that sort of thing in the first paragraph. I wonder how much they checked the rest of the article.

It is hilarious when the AGW nutbags proclaim that Greenland’s melting will cover New York and London with water. Why didn’t this happen when Greenland had half the amount of ice it currently does—between 800-1200 A.D., before the “Little Ice Age”? There were tens of thousands of Norse farmers living there in 1400. Now those areas are covered with ice.
