No Smoking Allowed. Or it will be like the day after an all-you-can-eat jalapeno feed...
LOL.
Laugh now. Light a match and you’ll be SPRINTING for the Ben and Jerry’s.
Ben and Jerry’s? Maybe if I want a milkshake (all their ice cream will have melted).
I guess you haven’t heard. We are heading for an ice age. Besides, I was just alluding that you will be seeking something cold to SIT on.
CMEs occur every solar cycle. The last big one was in 2004. I had a power strip blow up at work. Time to repair was about 10 min.s to locate and plug in another one. The generators just fluttered.
Do you realize power gen facilities have electronic circuit breakers for just this purpose? Do you really think they spend 10s of millions of dollars on a generator but neglect electronic breakers and protection circuits? CMEs have been occurring since the dawn of time; certainly spanning the development and deployment period of current equipment. You don't think generators and power grids are built for that? None would have lasted more than 15 years if they weren't.
The author is looking for $$$. Get it?
Awesome. Now that I’m studying Astronomy, everything about the sky is fascinating. I don’t look at anything the same anymore.
Have you seen the documentary called “The Star of Bethlehem?”
If you had read the 132 page report you would know that what you are saying is divergent from reality.
