Should they be fired? Yes. Should Domino's go after them in civil court? Yes. Should they be charged with a felony? Depends. Is there any evidence they served the food to a customer? Admission on the video is not proof. I could claim to be the grassy knoll shooter, but that isn't proof that I am.

Outside the legal issues, both of these people are really tweaked and entirely unfunny.

Speaking as a Republican, I say YES ARREST THEM! I don’t know what not wanting various bodily functions secretly performed on my food has to do with “the left”. Being tough on crime is a conservative thing, btw.
