I’ve had days when I’d have settled for a flu and an earthquake. But not many. So far.

Plagues, earthquakes, wars...

Wow, what's next -- hail of fire and brimstone, pillars of salt?

And all on the heals of Obama's visit...

After it dries out, a giant meteor will hit it.

And every remaining person will evacuate to the USA.

Sounds scary with that many people in one place but depends on depth, type of shaking & how well the structures handle it... prayers for all those in Mexico City.

I agree. Mexico City is built on shifting volcanic soil in a ring of volcanos. This is exactly why their last earthquake was so horrible.

An epidemic in the Mexico City isn’t enough what with all its poverty, throw in an earthquake or two just to stir the pot.

On the heels of the earthquake one can only imagine how much worse the swine flu epidemic will get with the little sanitation, etc. available. Wonder what Obama has planned to help them, as Presidents in the past have helped other countries at times of crisis. It will be interesting to hear his response, since he has no empathy for any human beings, including and especially those in his own country, let alone a country bordering ours.

I bet they are just itching to go but they will use the excuse of the Swine Flu travel restriction to copt out. Jessie and Sharpton will keep their distace also.

All of this sure does rain on the MSM's 24/7 100 day Obambi celebration!

After the 50K for Italy, Obama’s fund for such things is depleted.

I don't know who did what down there in Mexico, but I'm glad I'm not there right now...

Prayers for all those affected by both the flu and the Earthquake.

Here is a Mobile Earthquake Simulator showing how strong a 5.4 can feel. The one today is said to be a 6.0

Earthquakes have a way of disrupting water and sanitation services.
Not sure they were all that great there to begin with. What with 20 or 25 million folks living on top of each other in Mexico City.
