BTW, one of the things US law does not permit is the retroactive effect of laws. In other words, they can’t make a law just for you, either to punish you or favor you, and then say it applies to your past conduct.

What’s the Constitution to these people? When the truth of O’s illigitimacy comes out, they will just say “He was elected; the people have spoken.” A sort of jury-nullification at the constitutional level. That’ll be it for the Obots. Settled law.
