I seriously doubt that ALL LIBERALS care one way or the other about "evolution". Their issue is the possibility of the gradual infiltration of Jewish books into the public schools.

At the same time we do have folks here who are of the opinion that "evolution" works ~ and we now seem to have 2 or 3 folks who advocate for "panspermia" and "ancient universal life" (and the other day another comet was declared to have aboard yet another vital "life chemical" ~ see: http://news.softpedia.com/news/Comet-Reveals-Life-Precursor-Chemical-119477.shtml ).

Unfortunately that article was written by a doctrinaire "evolutionists" who thinks it's just the chemicals getting here, not the life ~ so where do they get these people?~!

What liberals care about is indoctrinating students with godless evolution via gubmint schools.

How many liberals do you know that support creationism/ID?

How many conservatives?

Another issue is the Michael Newdow rabid lunatic liberals demanding separation of Christianity and state, completely ignoring the “free exercise thereof” clause...

several expose themselves on here in regards to this lefty lunacy.

“Speaking of taglines, I was thinking of going with: “evolution requires courts to back it up, can’t tolerate dissent and is obviously the position of all liberals”.

...but decided in the end to go with the one I have now instead.”

Both good... how you get so many characters? Ancient Chinese secret??? I tried the whole verse I’ve got in my tagline and it didn’t work. You must be right on the hairy edge of the character limit. Careful... you might fall off!

That’s probably because they are LIBERTARIANS!

No, they are liberal phonies who only pretend to be small government libertarians as a ruse to justify their radical liberal social positions on this conservative forum, while at the same time supporting and fixating on the authority of the Centralized Big Government Public School monopoly run by the far left.

It's "open" in the same sense some Christian congregations have an "open Communion" ~ all may participate ~ all are welcome.

Now that doesn't mean you get to stay, but FR is remarkably open. It asks few questions on initial sign-up.

I think you confuse a statement of purpose as constituting some sort of "rejection" ~

open forum [1] [2]
(n)

:a government property that is opened to the public for expressive activities of any kind

compare limited public forum [1]

I errantly assumed that, when you said ‘Look, FR is an open forum.’, you were using the standard definition of the term open forum.

“I think you confuse a statement of purpose as constituting some sort of "rejection" ~ ” [excerpt]
Actually, I was just recommending that you qualify your statement.

What was that again, Freud said to the woman, "Sometimes Madame a cigar is just a cigar".

Here we have a term with a common meaning ("open forum") and a legal meaning.

Looking around me I discovered quickly this ain't no kinda' court of law, so I used me common understandin' eh!

Wherever you're working, it's time for a vacation ~ get out a little ~

Apparently, the legal meaning is also the most common meaning found in dictionaries.

I'm unemployed.
