Just in case you missed it, the Yamal data was apparently faked and hidden as well (tip of hat to Climate Audit):

Typical leftist fraud on the works.  The CEI petition to the EPA and the The Dog Ate Global Warming, by Patrick J. Michaels are must read material.

Someone I knew at Harvard said the medical school had been wrecked by affirmative action......

I don’t know that well enough but it would come as no surprise. But Harvard Medical school is centered in a huge complex where Beth Israel hospital is in Boston not Cambridge. Also Massachusetts General is a Harvard hospital. The vast bulk of what goes on at Harvard Medical School is not teaching but research ...as in Federally funded research into human genome etc

You must not have heard. ACORN’s University Division for Higher Learning got it changed to p<.40 (+/-.08).

They also signed the Dallas Cowboys on as PhDs with salary, benefits, and full tenure.

“EPA’s proposal to regulate carbon dioxide.”

The fascist pigs at the EPA don’t have the constitutional authority to write law. Any so-called “law” these dictators write must be ignored. Any person or entity that supports this usurpation of the law must be educated. Unelected bureaucrats writing law is tyranny and the tool of dictators. Every foul snake in the criminal EPA must be indicted for sedition and punished.

Hmm. Fixed storage now retails for about 10 cents per Gigabyte. Guess they needed the room [to lie]

You left a couple words out of your post.

In a declaration filed with CEI’s petition, Cato Institute scholar and climate scientist Patrick Michaels calls CRU’s revelation “a totally new element” that “violates basic scientific principles, and “throws even more doubt” on the claims of global warming alarmists.

Odd, I have no doubt about the claims of the global warming alarmists...it's clear their studies are full of craptastic lies. All this clears up is that they know it as well or they wouldn't have destroyed the data to hide that fact.

Huh? Is that some kind of joke? I could set up 20 Gigs of network attached storage for $10,000 comprised of 5 3-Drive Raid 5 arrays using 2gb disks.

The just released emails of Phil Jones make it fairly obvious what really happened here.

This is a blatant lie. Data storage is cheap and abundant. They were not cleaning up files for storage space. THEY WERE DESTROYING EVIDENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
