Sustainable Capitalism is also “Crony Capitalism” like they have in Asia. A kind of Facist construct where the capitalist my pay-to-play and the big get to trample the small.

Burning statists is the most efficient sustainable energy source. They seem to be in infinite supply, and there are more and more every year.

And since Algore is kindling, it's a perfect match (pun intended).

Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

"and won a Peace Prize doing it!...."

Kinda says a lot about both his, and obama's Nobel Peace Prizes, doesn't it. The way they've both screwed America it should be the Nobel PIECE Prize.

In years to come the Nobel prize will be looked at more like Cracker Jack prize. Insofar as the 2000 election is concerned, I'm thinking it was that loss that popped his last spring, and he is a total mental basket case...just listen to him talk, he sounds like something from "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest".

What a dolt! By its very nature, capitalism is sustainable because it adapts to conditions.

Why is is that the crowd for whom Darwinism functions as a creation-myth (whatever its merits as science—and readers of ‘crevo’ threads know I am a moderate defender and moderate critic of the neo-Darwinian synthesis—it does do that for secular humanists) can’t accept an economic system that embodies random variation (in the technical sense used by evolutionary biologists of not-predictive-of-future conditions: new business models and enterprise concepts aren’t created by clairvoyant seers) and environmental selection pressures?

Gore and friends’ ‘Green capitalism’ (actually Green fascism) which they fancy is intelligently designed (though we might question their claim to intelligence) is not adaptable because it assumes that the state regulators can predict the future, which they bl**dy-well can’t since both the climate and the market are chaotic dynamical systems subject to unforeseen external influences.

“Sustainable capitalism” is (1) a centrally-planned economy, (2) redistribution of wealth, and (3) the accession of an enlightened cadre to direct our lives, which (4) does so taking a generous cut for itself right off the top. In short, bureaucratic socialism as it has always been practiced. It will fail as it has always failed.

“London-based” - in other words, too many non-US investors who really, really don’t want to have to even divulge their existence, or their investment in Al Gore’s thievery, to the IRS, and who don’t want to have to worry about paying even a smidge of US tax on their gains. In other words, just another Democrat tax evasion. Why is it that it’s just fine to suck ordinary Americans dry with excessive taxes, but that the Democrat overlords shouldn’t even have to pay a cent in taxes?

I say that we prosecute this idiot for his criminal fraud to dupe the American people out of their security, treasure and very lives in order to worship the demon Gaia.

Agreed. Who's the State AG to bring that case? Maybe it's time to focus upon electing someone to do just that.

“says Blood. “Yes, raw capitalism failed us. That shouldn’t be a surprise to anybody.”

It’s a big surprise if you realize that “capitalism” is Karl Marx’ term for Free Enterprise, the engine of prosperity for everybody.

The Soviet Socialists of America turn it upside down and inside out to manipulate our minds.
