The top just looks like artifacts from saving images in small file sizes. The bottom... so the water is THAT clear we can see such details on the sea bottom through hundreds of feet of water.

Top image, top left side, appears to be airport/runway.

Musta have been built by fish-people.
Kinga Husssein Oooobama taxed them soooo much, that they sunk!

the city could be thousands of years old; possibly even pre-dating the ancient Egyptian pyramids, at Giza. I bet they'd find a statue of Helen...Thomas, that is...

The global warming freaks will go nuts over this. They will claim that there is a 75% chance this will be NYC in 5 years....

Nothing new. Back in March and April of 1966 the major newspapers had several articles about sunken cities “found” off the coast of Peru and Chili.
Nothing was ever mentioned about them again.

And another - what appears to be clouds is sunlight reflecting off the surface of the water:

The “researcher” is anonymous, the location is “hidden” - classical signs of a hoax.

Oh, horse-feathers. Look at the streets! Where are the interchanges? I see no cloverleafs or diamonds.
OTOH, maybe all they had was SUVs...with no freeways, how do you get to grandma's house?
These folks got drowned out after the last iceage ended....just ask the polar bears....Damn! This is getting complicated.....Algore is in Copenhagen....maybe if I call him to explain.....no, wait a minute...there can't be any polar bears....Gore said so.....just, Damn!

Looks like a giant computer chip. Maybe they'll find "Intel 8088" written on it somewhere.

the Starbucks prominently displayed in the lower left edge of the city..... Maybe if I got good at photoshop I could do some images of prehistoric Starbucks off the coast of Hawaii...and with our Nigerian banker friends could raise money for an expedition and research. Hehe, I'd rather go to Hawaii than the Caribbean :D

Thanks GeronL for the ping, and thanks Abathar for posting the topic. Here's a link Quix sent me on another thread:

Guarding the locations coordinates carefully, the projects leader, who wishes to remain anonymous at this time . . . I don't think I'd buy shares in anything this guy is selling.

There are several different types of “satellite imagery”, such as radar, visual, infra-red, or combinations of them. The article doesn’t say which one was used. So there’s no way to guess how realistic the images are.

The researcher is anonymous, the location is hidden - classical signs of a hoax. Ya think?
Ya mean that isn't an airport, under the ocean, in the upper left image?
Had me fooled.

Wonder how deep they were in debt. They were underwater, clearly.
