Is the Earth striking back?

This is junk science, but even if it were not, we would witness the following process:
Rising Global Temporatures -> Melting Glaciers
-> Less pressure on the earth’s crust holding down those pesky volcanoes
-> More volcano erruptions
-> More dust in the atmosphere
-> Less sunlight absorbed
-> Falling global temperatures

In other words, if the author were to follow his argument to its logical conclusion, lots of dust in the upper atmosphere from volcano eruptions would bring temperatures back in line. We’d have a negative feedback loop and a system that works towards long-term stability.

While I don’t believe there is any real scientific evidence that miniscule changes in glaciers will have a significant effect on volcanic activity, I do believe that earth could not have had a relatively stable climate for the last billion years or so, if there were not a lot of feedback loops insuring stability in the result of a minor changes like a tiny rise in the percentage of C02 in the atmosphere.
