No, the USSC did not state that a non driver must show “valid identification.” It stated that such a person must tell the police who he or she is, or whatever details of identity are spelled out by state laws.

And in some states they can use the drivers license to register and vote. That is why the Democrats protect them so much.

The stigma against racial profiling is just emotional political correctness thrown up by the Left to make it harder to find and deport these Democrat voters. I say to Hell with political correctness and with the stigma against profiling.

Yes, absolutely. Theirs is a totally 'straw dog' argument. One of course, they will stick to. Easy 'soundbite' that creates the false perceptions and ensuing anger; that they rely on to move their agenda along.

The Left will goes nowhere without the 'lie'; and the lie; resupposes a 'good', to make sure it arrives. The 'Good' IS surperior; and hence their reliance on making sure their lies/their Agenda; are so cloaked in it.
