It seemed that the spring and fall lasted a long time when I was young. Now, they seem abrupt and we seem to go directly from frigid to boiling and back almost without any spring or fall.

This is always a stressful time of year. I have students who have stuck with me all summer.

I have new students whom I have picked up during the summer months.

Then I have the old students, who abandoned me in June, and want their OLD TIME SLOTS BACK!
