It's been non-stop since the weekend here in San Juan Capistrano

Got to be breaking some records here.

Oh no! Not good. Bad weather would be ‘the time’ to try a ‘power’ play. She’s going to try in the a.m. for an earlier flight (not as stayby) but confirmed. I’ll close now so you can save the battery!

Anyone know where to find rain fall totals since last Thursday when this all began? In Santa Monica I saw my first bird in 6 days a few minutes ago — but it is looking ugly again - and they flew away wherever they go in the rain.

Green suits you. You should wear it more often.

Green - for envy? Eco-freakiness? Don’t get it. Did wear green almost every day for years and years in the Reagan Army, anyhoo. TRADOC, stateside, and 1st Sig overseas.

I see a big old RAINBOW to the east-northeast. Can you catch a look?

I saw a high number for Beverly Hills rainfall; close to 8-9 inches, I think.

Things were calm this morning in my coastal area, but we got a downpour at 1 p.m. and another at 1:30. Just had a big thundershower at 3:30++ and now the RAINBOW I’ve been looking for.

Just now saw on an L.A. station weather forecast that this might all peak right at Wednesday evening rush hour.

We're getting close to that time now. What we have today is unstable air, sudden heavy showers. There are lead gray clouds in some parts of the sky, blue and clearing in others. I also see what look like steam clouds. The weather girl mentioned how the times of clearing actually create more rain. Interesting.

The sun is shining here now. No more rain till late this evening. Dry tomorrow, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Showers on Sunday then dry till the 30th.

The next few days should be beautiful....seeing the mountains covered in snow against the bright blue sky. Camera is ready. :)

Merry Christmas!
