If they would have taken the time to enlist a meteorologist they would have discovered that Greenland as all of northern latitudes have been under the influence of an extremely anomalous North American Oscillation. Has been for more that two years. While we are cold....Greenland is warm (than normal) due to southerly wind flows.
Sheesh.....lol

I either heard on the news or read something here that said that true magnetic North is moving westward about 7 feet per year and airports/planes had to update their maps. etc. I don’t know if that has anything to do with this but the earth has its own physical properties that man cannot control. We adapt to them and move on.

I don’t think it odd in the least. Just the other day, I was watching a memorial for the dead and a Campaign rally broke out

Amazingly, Wikipedia hasn’t been scrubbed of this:
“Excavations show that there were considerable birch woods with birch trees up to 4 to 6 meters high in the area around the inner parts of the Tunuliarfik- and Aniaaq-fjords, the central area of the Eastern settlement, and the hills were grown with grass and willow brushes.
This was due to the medieval climate optimum. The Norse soon changed the vegetation by cutting down the trees to use as building material and for heating and by extensive sheep and goat grazing during summer and winter. The climate in Greenland was much warmer during the 1st centuries of settlement but became increasingly colder in the 14th and 15th centuries with the approaching period of colder weather known as the Little Ice Age.”
Grazing Sheep, huh? Almost like Greenland was..err...Green.

Horizon changes on land are possible! The Great Lakes areas are rising due to slow rebounding from all the Ice Age weight which pressed that area down. Nothing.... NOTHING is static on earth! Except a liberal’s mind.

Bizarre, but, if you read the bible the sun has done weird stuff in the past. Very interesting.
It’s going to do some weird stuff in the future too.
Rev 16:8
And the forth Angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.

Two days early?! What? But our infallible calender, devised by two of our most egotistical emperors, who named months after themselves, must be obeyed by the Sun!

An extra two days or more of light per year. That must really suck.

The sun over Greenland has risen two days early...
Of course they didn't forget to factor in those pesky leap years in their calculations...

Easy answer, the nine hundred year old man was. Where is the written guarantee that the earths axis will not move. When they find it we can hire a lawyer and sue.
