Is this movie being widely released? I’d love to see it, but don’t want to have to drive for two hours to see it, even though I probably would.
I believe this movie could be one of the things that cuts through the day-to-day noise of “American Idol”, and begins to wake the sheep from their slumber.
I’m sure the leftists and the ‘pop culture’ are moving as we speak to marginalize this movie, and ridicule anyone who would dare enjoy, or learn anything from it. Expect John Stewart to lead the charge.

I hoped the theatres would be sold out for this movie but the theatre average take is running at $5,000 plus through the Saturday showings according to box office mojo. Weekend take should reach 3 million in a limited release. Meanwhile Amazon reports the Atlas Shrugged ranks #4 in book sales at their site.

I plan on taking off in the next few hours to catch it.
While at Atlas, the DVR will be catching The Fall Of Sam Axe on USA. I love Burn Notice and always liked Bruce Campbell.

It will be widely released. When I don’t know. I think this is the limited first release period.

On other boards I’m seeing people telling everyone to not see it because it’s a “right wing” propaganda piece. One person chimed in that he heard that the Teabaggers were secretly promoting it to the “cultists”. Makes me want to see it even more.

B...b...but Roger Ebert gave it a poor review?

Not widely released. google Atlas Shrugged to get to the movie website and they have a listing by state of the theaters it is playing in.
