Nope. And I’m kind of glad the protesters picked on the Rose Kennedy Greenway to do their dirty deeds.

As Howie Carr has mentioned in the old days the hippie anti-war protests had the Boston Police’s Tactical Squad
let their horses crap on the streets, and the hippies
were dragged through the horse crap...

HA HA HA....got to protect those Kennedy’s alive or dead. Even though those Kennedy’s being the socialist goons they are/were would have been proud to have those kids using the park for a whatever, including a toilet.

as many as 700 police officers descended...tents and personal belongings were also tossed into the trash...
Heck, I'd watch that on Pay-Per-View.

Bloomberg said the protesters can stay as long as they want. Not a smart move.

Fresh horse crap would have me worried about infection.

The police didn’t hold these items for evidence, they threw them away. I hopoe you will become one of the 1% of the lawyers that make a positive contribution.

It was still seized legally. Whether they threw it away is another matter. It is up to the arestee to get it back.
I hope so too. Right now I’m doing pro-bono work for Veterans. I have strong feelings about helping those who put everything on the line to protect this country. I don’t think we treat them well.

How is that to happen if it’s destroyed? Are there no limits? If a driver parks his vehicle and jay walks acrossed the street, can the city take his car?
