Chuck Todd asked a question that’s off script?! I’m a bit confused, it is totally out of character for Chuckie the Obama lover. It could have been orchestrated to allow for Obama's reply about the majority of the conversation being about his "significant disappointment that France had voted in favor of the Palestinians joining UNESCO". Yea, sure it was Obama and that part just so happen didn't leak out.
