Men dont wear lace panties under a kilt An American woman visiting Scotland went up to a Scotsman wearing a kilt. She blushed a little bit as she asked him "I was just wondering, is anything worn under your kilt?"
The Scotsman replied to her in a thick accent "No madam, it's all in perfect working order."
