For a moment I thought this was a missive of Pompey the Great and his siege of Jerusalem in 63 BC :)

Won't happen, annexation without a grant of citizenship would never be accepted. Interesting idea though, resident aliens in large number are common throughout the region. Millions of them palestinians which doesn't trouble the world at all. IMO simply defining non negotiable borders would be a better idea.

A bunch of disaffected arabs.
I happen to believe that, in the long run, Israel will have no choice but to re-impose its complete control over the Gaza Strip.
I'm kinda partial to turning it into a glass parking lot, but that's just me.

His approach is thoughtful and very measured, and I agree that Israel must reclaim the West Bank and Gaza. Past the time to stop playing “peace games” with those haters who truly don’t have a stake in Israel’s homeland.
To call it Israel without Judea or Hevron is an abomination against G_d’s covenant.
Reasonable. And necessary.
Included should be a promise to any and all surrounding nations that if they should attempt to interfere, any territory gained in the ensuing hostilities will henceforth be retained and annexed in perpetuity to Israel as well.
Can’t disagree, but it’s up to Israel and Israelis
Yes, but there has to be a solution for the locals. Do they become Israeli citizens. Might work. No arab state will accept them. The idea that the resident arab muslims of the Judea and Samaria will be wanderers forever won’t fly. Have to figure out what to do with the South Syrians and Egyptians. Or simply draw borders
I like Steve Plaut. I’m not sure he’s Prime Minister material. But then, as a Chicago person, looking at our leadership, he’d be OK. But seriously, annexation is Israel’s business, but it has to encompass the Arab residents. And expelling them won’t work, imo Israelis won’t support that. What do you do with them? IMO draw borders, let them fester on the other side. Or create a new, vibrant, palestinian nation, which is fine with me. But if they build a casino like Jericho, they can’t shoot at the customers, cause they won’t be repeat customers. Or if they are lucky enough to inherit hydroponic greenhouses, stripping them for the copper isn’t a good long term idea.
Shalom Yehuda.
I’ll stick with Bibi. I don’t know STEVE PLAUT, but if you like him, I do!
Reasonable, maybe but not imo, necessary, yes, a unilateral solution is necessary. While not likely, I doubt there’d be any physical reaction to Plaut’s ideas, what local state is going to fight for palestinians. If they could destroy Israel, different issue, but to “protect” palestinians, not happening.
I have my opinion about citizenship, but it’s not my decision. And unilateral annexation means dealing with the population. Israel legally annexed Jerusalem, and though many Arab residents didn’t accept Israeli citizenship, it’s still available to them to this day. IMO, foolish, should set a timeframe, but not my business. Set the borders, build within them, enforce security on the other side. My opinion only, but finalize things. These are our borders, you may be neighbors or if you prefer enemies, but this is who and where we are. Where the borders are set is up to Israel, in the absence of legitimate negotiations. In a century, the issues can be revisited.
Well past time, aamof.
Thanks SJackson.
