Well, if a bunch of 18-22 year old say so I guess take my guns then. What the hell do these college kids know? Now, if you are an 18-22 year old serviceman? I’ll listen.
No, stupid college students should be illegal.
I was just thinking today that there is probably a good chance that by the time most of today’s 13 to 20 year old’s are into or approaching their late thirties to early forties if it isn’t severely restricted, the Second Amendment will have been entirely over turned and these stupid kids will have gotten their wish. I just hope I’m not around to see it. Never before at any time in my life, and I’m 57, have I been convinced that America is in a steadily declining state. I hate to be pessimistic but it’s just something I feel. I see that feeling here and friends of mine feel the same way. There’s a bad moon rising.
They are in Cuba, douchebag. Do you need help packing?
You're apparently unfamiliar with the phenomenon of the "free speech zone" on campuses.
Hm, here is what the Judge of Every Man has said: "It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were cast into the sea than that he should cause one of these little ones to sin."
That was so important as to be included not twice, but thrice: Matthew 18:6; Luke 17:2; Mark 9:42.
They lose naivety when life beats them up and robs their ass, or kills someone they know, and they are there crapping their pants wishing and praying that they had a gun to fight back with.
This is why I think it may ultimately be a good thing that the high unemployment rate is causing many to move in with family: it will strengthen familial bonds as well as make them more sensitive [and aware] of the unacceptable manner of our government (no-knock raids and such).
I love the interview in the early 90s with Heston, where he discussed the LA riots, and his liberal friends were asking him to borrow a gun or two from him, and he says, just go down to the gun store, and buy one, and go through the waiting period, then youll have one, and they say yeah, but the waiting period, we need it now, and Heston says well you voted for that - and dint loan them any guns. It would have been hell for Heston if these people who didnt know squat about guns shot someone accidentally and they find out it isnt theirs but Hestons guns. Lawsuit city.
It reminds me, vaguely, of the parable of the virgins.
Of course I am! I am also aware of my Second Amendment rights that they feel free to infringe on. My comment was to the point that once the powers that be have succeeded, with the help of chowder heads like these, will they be silent as they seem to want us to be about our Second Amendment rights being infringed when the powers that be start infringing their First Amendment rights.
