Obama cannot SPEND one damned dime. All he has to spend is what the REPUBLICANS in the House give him. If this happens, BLAME THE REPUBLICANS in the House of Representatives that vote FOR the expenditure.

There is no end to this, there is nothing to stop duh bummer from just saying I am king..congress would do nothing..like now..the evidence is everywhere and we still have the pos potus in place..we are no longer a nation of laws and have given up our right to self rule by absentee vote..these traitors know this and are poised for action which amounts to a coup..not a joke
I may be off base on this, but it seems to me we don’t take advantage of inside connections. In Iraq, Afghanistan, it seems we allow other nations to swoop on and take advantage of the more civilized situations once we’ve done the heavy lifting. It would seem our businesses should get first crack at it.
So now we are going to have Russian Hinds flaming our troops.
It will be a billion before it gets there. Amazing how our fearless leader is willing to send billions of our hard-earned money to regimes that hate us.

Obviously, the Pentagon has too much money. It should be cut back severely, firing the dead wood that makes these outrageous purchases.
So we borrow money from the Chinese so they can boost their military, to buy helocoptors from the Russians to boost their military so Afganistan can have weapons the Russians can service when they invade Afganistan after we leave.
Brilliant move for a Muslim/Marxist. Or shear foolishness if Obama is an American.
So either he is a Traitor, or a Fool. But in the end, we are screwed.
The Taliban will make good use of these US supplied helicopters on the day after the last US troops leave Afganistan.
