Sorry for any repost, but as a x-military member, I can't stand and watch PC/ libs infiltrating and destroying the once "Greatest Military Power on Earth"....

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) on Tuesday said some military commanders cant distinguish between a slap on the ass and a rape. I don't know if that's supposed to indicate excessive prosecution or not enough prosecution.

Oh goodie. Another "zero tolerance" situation like the ones that have worked so well with guns and schools.
I can just see some poor E-5 getting nailed for displaying the letters "V" or "O" in an inappropriate way

What a mess and here’s your reason why it is one.
Newsflash. Men and women are different, Missy PC Gillibrand.

This house of cards will collapse when they find out that many of the assaults are same sex.

The mandarins didn’t waste any time between forging the lever (allowing mixed gender units and abolishing prohibitions against homosexuals) and prying the military apart, did they.

Here is the Danger: they set a precedent by this action, force lib/ protectors -watchers into the organization. This is infiltration, by enemy, They can disrupt capability and induce fear into career minded military members.
This exposes the real reason Femi-Nazis wanted women in , to claim “harassment” and undermine the effectiveness.
(my opinion)

The military exists to enact massive destruction on enemies and kill them with incredible effectiveness. There’s nothing PC about that and I really wish liberals who have never worn the uniform would stop trying to make it so.

distinguish between a slap on the ass and a rape.
I think she is right about this point but I strongly doubt she knows what point she is really supporting. We are chewing up a huge amount of critical readiness resources all because we’ve put ourselves in this box...no pun intended. And it’s isn’t just females as rapees but males as well.
To: kimtom
She may be right. Not every single commander may be able to distinguish between a pat on the ass and rape, but certainly the vast majority of commanders are able to do so. What makes her think the (in)justice system is better able to make the same distinction? BTW, a pat on the ass may or may not require commander action, speaking as ex-military, depending on the circumstances. Discretion is best left to commanders in order to resolve issues at the lowest possible level and most efficient manner.

PC will destroy their effectiveness. That, I believe is the goal.
This is will take time to correct. Given the nature of our enemies, i.e. Muslims (extreme) and instability in Asia, we're going to get hurt........

All class that Senator from New York. The military, whom she feels she has to talk to in their language (roughly speaking), has more class than she. What an embarrassment.
Get the women out or in back line support, they have no reason to be in the mix.
Better yet, how about ONLY WOMEN in the military? Let them fight the wars.

I’m not so sure they want to destroy the military as much as they want to destroy the CHARACTER of the military -
so they can use it against their political enemies in their own country.

That is how it is suppose to work.
But, belt-way “commanders” and “civies” want control!!!!
Perhaps they intend to build a “new” military to use against the people.
Lat I checked , the military “was” mostly Conservative pro America types.
