A way to get things rolling to prevent such senate nonsense is for the AZ legislature to press the
National Conference of State Legislatures to support repeal of the 17th Amendment. I don't know who Flake and McCain are looking out for, but it isn't AZ.

According to the site I linked it says it will be an uphill battle and none have been recalled.

I wish I could scream the following from the rooftop, but do not seem to have the ability to make it widely known; If you control the dialogue, you control the issue.
RINOs and libs control gained control of the issue when they, unchallenged - merged the invasion of our southern border into an immigration issue! Understand that, and we can understand how Americans have been duped. THIS WAS NEVER ABOUT IMMIGRATION, but now Obama and his predecessors, ignoring their few actual Constitutional mandates - protecting the USA borders - is magically legitimized as feel good political dogma.
For conservatives to regain the issue, we MUST regain the dialogue! This is ONLY about America being invaded by a foreign country; Mexico. Resolve this invasion alone! If people wish to tweak our immigration policy, then do so separately. Immigration is important - but totally unrelated to whats happening on our sothern borders!

Waste of time. Either McQueeg or Flake, if the time comes when there are enough votes, will simply refuse to recognize the recall. They’ll take us to Federal court (and win) if they have to.
But they won’t have to. They’ll get 100% of the Rat vote. BTDT, got bitched out by the people who didn’t want to sign the petition. So piss on them.

While I’d like to think of this as a kind of campaign ad in the GOP primary wars to come, how much would something like this cost relative to a single TV ad in a primary campaign? If this costs less than a TV ad, it’s worth doing, simply to raise awareness among GOP voters that these two RINO traitors need to be tarred and feathered.

I don’t support the recall procesa which in this case is probably unconstitutional anyway, but it’s a convenient way to send a message.

According to Judge Napalitano, the laws governing electing and changing candidates or Senate offices in NJ are whatever NJ law says that it is... so the same must hold true for Arizona?

Finally. Hasn’t McShame been punting for the pro-illegal lobby for almost a decade now? And if I remember correctly, Flake was cutting deals with the La Raza dims in the House in 2006.

RE :”
Its good for them to get the pitchforks and torches. But remember voters were burning their GOP membership cards in 2007 when McCain was helping Kennedy with amnesty, and McCain is still in office. What does it take to get rid of him” Its darn hard to get rid of an incumbent Senator as they have lots of $$$ which they get by pulling sh... like this.
Plus as you can see they get to ham it up on network shows.
I been thinking of Grahamnesty's upcoming election.
Plus McCain played conservative ... 'common sense conservative' act for 2008 and he only gave up the act recently. He acted as if he was against amnesty for a while.

Whatever it is, it would be in the courts for decades, and the Senator would remain in office during that period.
Much as I despise McCain, there are more important things going on than recalling him.
