Well, let's see.....according to Spike Lee's dialog in the movie Boyz N The Hood, "most of those tests are culturally biased, only the math section is universal." Another line of dialog was telling one of the main characters that he only needed a 700 to pass the SAT exam. So there is the benchmark that blacks look for. 'Cuz Spike Lee say it's so.

They spent many years looking for and removing anything in those tests that could be culturally biased. It didnt help, so many schools stopped using the test for admissions.
Rachel needed to take it one step further.
She should have gone from white woman to black man. Then she would have gotten her magazine cover and reality show instead of being fired.
