The fighter laughed in an interview. He took his wife out to dinner after the fight to celebrate. Ali went to the hospital for five days to recover from the beating.
This ‘All Trump all the time’ has me concerned.

I think Tyson was much faster in his prime vs Ali in his. His rope a dope would work against Tyson, but I do not think Ali could block and back pedal fast enough to defend himself.

I may be a little fuzzy on this but my recollection is that he claimed to be an imam to try to avoid the draft.
Per your #14 post, that fight was Stallone’s inspiration for Rocky...if I remember correctly, Stallone was actually at the fight.
I remember when this guy openly dodged the draft and went muzzie. I’ve had little use for him since.
