Why you are, of course. There was a pillow over his head - it didn't say a part of his head - it says head.

True, but I was surprised to find this article in Newser a little earlier. If they are a conspiracy-oriented site, I wasn't aware of it.

Newser - 'Something Fishy' Going on With Scalia's Death? Chaos, confusion still shroud Scalia's demise

It was a non-answer. I heard it in real time.

It was evident Trump wanted to move on when Savage asked the question.

What specifically did he say that irked you?

Or did you not read what he said?
And yes, I do want a president that will speak honestly.
I can, however do without the media edits....

What a stupid article. Donald dodged giving an answer beautifully. Much ado about nothing.

Actually I WANT a President who doesn’t run everything through PC, focus group, and GOPe filters. PLEASE.

That something the TDSers just don’t get!

PS Yeah, a pillow over a dead person’s face is just perfectly normal. You know, heart attacks cause telekenisis that makes the pillow jump up there.

So.... Trump wants us to believe a murderer of a Supreme Court Justice smothered him with a pillow (no signs of a struggle on the bed) and then left the pillow on his face? But then Trump is not known for thinking before he speaks.

What a dumbass. The resort owner clarified his original remarks and said the pillow was above Scalia’s head. IOWs between the top of his head and the headboard.

Oh, and by the way....

“.. UPDATE: CNN’s Jake Tapper passes on further comment by the ranch owner whose account of Scalia being found “in bed, a pillow over his head” set off the whole thing.

The pillow was “over his head, not his face,” the owner, John Poindexter, clarified.....”

(Copy of Tapper’s tweet at the link)

Over his head, NOT his face. Again, who is the dumbass now?

The death of Justice Scalia has brought the focus sharply on some areas that the Powers That Be would rather not have anyone see. This is when the past becomes very relevant to the future.

Over the last few decades, we have seen the Fedgov become absolutely contemptuous of the American Citizen. ValJar’s quote, “We will reward our friends, and punish our enemies” pretty much shows that they are not in the least bit concerned with what actually happens to Americans. There have been lots of suspicious deaths, usually at convenient moments that serve to muddy the waters of any investigation. Hillary Clinton’s doings have been nothing less than spectacularly “in your face” and done with the absolute confidence that she is above the law and nothing will happen.

We have trade deals, open borders, illegal aliens pouring through, ridiculous regulations, all reminiscent of the grievances listed in the Declaration of Independence.

The lies told over and over again regarding not only Obamacare, verified by Gruber, but the shady dealings throughout the last few decades. The question is not whether Scalia was murdered, but the fact that trust in our government is so low that it is a believable occurrence. This would be expected in a Central American banana republic, but the attitude from our own government indicates how far we have fallen.

Were you there? Someone who was there said a pillow was over Mr. Scalia’s head and/or face (depending on the source).

If you weren’t there but somehow psychically know otherwise, could you share the next set of Powerball numbers with Jim so he can end Freepathons?

Try reading past the headline.

He said nothing of the sort.

Yes. It sends a message similar to a horse head in a bed.

We aren’t up against Boy Scouts here, kiddos.

“The owner of Cibolo Creek Ranch has even tried to clarify. According to Jake Tapper, the owner says Scalia’s pillow was “‹over his head, not over his face . . . against the headboard and over his head.” Of course, it’s not like that will dissuade the relevant audience.”

I’m guessing “above” his head against the headboard. But some might say “over” his head.

That was a clarification from Poindexter, the man who was there. He never claimed a pillow was over his face. Tapoer asked him to clarify and he did. The pillow was NOT over his face.

The only place I see that claim is here.

Yes. And if you google any of the search terms involving or related to "pillow on head" on google news, there are about a thousand headlines from a thousand different online news sites that say exactly this over the last couple of days (I guess Google hasn't got around to purging them, down the memory hole.)

This LYING thing by Cruzers has gotten out of hand. Millions of people saw these headlines, but Cruzers, in keeping with their candidate's political tactical philosophy, just say things that contradict REALITY and insist it's true. They didn't learn that from their mothers. They must have learned it from Cruzio.
